Ethan has shown wonderful enthusiasm this term. His reading aloud has improved greatly and he now reads with more expression and confidence. I'd like to see more focus during independent writing tasks — he tends to rush. Please encourage him to slow down and re-read his own work before submitting. Overall, a fantastic effort this term!

Ethan is making steady progress in Maths. He understands addition and subtraction of fractions well. The area that needs work is word problems — sometimes he misreads the question. We are working on this in class. Please practice the fractions worksheet at home 3x per week.
